0992 Robins Feb 2014

Contrary to popular belief, not all American Robins fly south for the winter.  That is a myth.  Many stay north and feast on berries while they wait for Spring to arrive.   I was treated to a visit this weekend by a flock of 10 or more American Robins that came to feast on my holly bush berries.  I don’t believe I’ve ever seen that many Robins together at the same time in the same spot, but they were enjoying Mother Nature’s buffet.

I’ve never met a cat that doesn’t love sisal scratching posts.  My Meezers have worn one out in less than a year!  Interestingly, they don’t need to be taught to use one….somehow they just KNOW!

0193_Rupert_LVKC Match 2014

I finally met Rupert in person!   I created an ad for him last year and have been following his escapades via his mom and dad’s Facebook page every since.  It was great to finally see him in action at the Lehigh Valley Kennel Club match show last weekend!  He did not disappoint!   (P.S.  Below is his ad)
