I just couldn’t take my eyes off of this scene at the Bucks County Kennel Club dog show last Saturday. It was early afternoon and the Salukis were in the ring. Seated ringside in a red folding chair was an older gentleman. Seated directly in front of him was his dog. The dog was resting his or her paw on the man’s hand and staring at him so sweetly. The man and his dog sat in that position for a very long time – both enjoying just being together! It was definitely “a moment”. A loving connection between man and dog.
I know you love photography and your hard work has added to your talent…but did you ever think when you started that it would show you such wonders? The magical moments you capture are incredible. Along with the satisfaction you get from taking such great pictures, it must also bring you a lot of joy! I know I am often moved by the way you and your lens look at things.
Thank you so much for your kind words Sandy – they mean a lot! The relationships that I see between pets and people are amazing and inspirational! Pets can truly change our lives!
You have a gift for catching the most touching moments/memories! So sweet!
Thanks Sally! Can’t wait to see Hedi tomorrow!
What you see is so amazing. The way you capture the relationships between people and their dogs is just a gift.
Thank you Cadie. I just love this image! It was so touching I could have cried!
