How sweet is this French Bulldog puppy? This was her first time EVER in the show ring! After a trot around the ring I guess she got tired and decided to sit down while the judge and her owner discussed how adorable she is and what a wonderful show dog she is going to be one day! She was there with all of her siblings getting their paws wet so to speak at the Lancaster Kennel Club show in Lebanon, Pa. earlier this month. They were too cute for words!

I don’t always pay a whole lot of attention to the judges at the dog shows, mainly because I’m concentrating so much on the dogs in the ring. This judge, however, captured my attention because she really seemed to be enjoying each and every dog that she met. A soft touch and warm smile must make all of those dogs feel more comfortable when she greets them, especially the newbies that may be in the ring for the very first time! I love this photo – it’s from the Lancaster Kennel Club show in Lebanon, Pa. last weekend.

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted images of my “kids”, so here’s a recent photo of my girlie girl, Savannah! She’s the most petite little cat and definitely a princess, but she can roughhouse with her brother and not even skip a beat! Brewster is such a big softee that he lets her get away with anything! She can steal his toys, eat his food, bite his tail, and sleep in his favorite spot and he will just roll over and ask for more! Can you tell who rules the roost? (Yeah, it’s definitely not ME!)
