Month: March 2012

Ahhh, there is nothing better than a nice scratch under the chin!

“Hooray!  It’s the weekend!  Can you see the look of excitement on my face?”

“What do you mean we’re not having lobster?  Then why am I wearing this bib?  Only dog treats again?  Harrumpf!”

Sebastian loves his toys!  His new favorite is larger soft dog toys that he can wrap his paws around and use for a pillow.  Obviously there is no need for catnip if it’s dog toys that he loves!  Here he is on the sofa with his favorite pink doggie.  One whole end of the sofa is filled with his toys and they surround him when he’s napping.  Nope, he’s not spoiled at all!  My little sweetheart!

Here’s a breed that I don’t believe I have featured on the blog in the past.  Meet Tibetan Mastiff, “Cascade” [GCH Shang-Hai’s Shadow of the Cascades”].  Isn’t he handsome?  The Tibetan Mastiff originated in China around 1100 BC.  They are a member of the Working Group with their primary function being as guardians.  They are very protective of their family and property and are very intelligent and independent.
