These parti-colored cocker spaniels sure love to party!  Cockers come in 3 varieties based on color:  black, ASCOB [any solid color other than black] and parti [two or more solid colors, one of which must be white].  I think the conversation between these two went something like this: 
Dog on left:  “I’m taller than you are!”
Dog on right:  “No you’re not!”
Dog on left:  “Hellooo, I’m looking at the top of your head!”
Dog on right:  “Okay, you win, but your breath is TERRIBLE!”
