Congratulations to Larry Cornelius and Charlie (GCH CH Cragsmoor Good Time Charlie) on winning Best in Show at The National Dog Show Presented by Purina. One of my most favorite dogs ever! If you missed watching the show on NBC yesterday, it will re-air tonight (Friday, 11/27) from 8:00 – 10:00 PM.

When you watch The National Dog Show Presented by Purina today at noon on NBC (all time zones), you’ll see wonderful close-ups of each breed. This is how it’s done! Before each group is judged, a cameraman videos each dog in the lineup so that when you watch today, you’ll see your favorite breeds up close and personal!

It’s a Thanksgiving tradition! No, not turkey and football! The National Dog Show on NBC! Immediately following the Macy’s parade at noon, tune in to watch your favorite breeds compete for Best in Show. Hosts David Frei and John O’Hurley will provide expert commentary as the judges make their selections in the Working, Terrier, Toy, Herding, Sporting, Non-Sporting, and Hound Groups! I can’t wait to watch and cheer on my favorite dogs!

I went to see the Olate Dogs Rescue Tour over the weekend! What a FUN show! Olate Dogs won the 2012 season of “America’s Got Talent” and who could not fall in love with these adorable pups? All are poodles/poodle mixes rescued from shelters and trained by Richard Olate to do the most amazing tricks! They walk on their hind legs, jump rope, do back flips, go down the sliding board, join together for a 3-doggie conga line, ride scooters and so much more! You can tell that the dogs are loving every minute of it, too! Tails wagging like crazy! “Professional” cameras were not allowed in the theater (BOO!) and I have several failed attempts of shots with the phone and point ‘n shoot camera. I snuck this shot with the “Professional” Canon 7D just to have a remembrance! Wish I had more pictures to share, but this is about it! That’s Bella on the left, Oso the white Standard Poodle, Richard, and I think he’s holding Willy. Love these dogs!
