Here are Lourdes Edlin and her high flying Frisbee dog, Mac, entertaining the crowd at The National Dog Show Presented by Purina. Challenging to photograph, but oh so much fun to watch!

So what are you going to be doing right after watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade next Thursday? Stay tuned to NBC at noon (in all time zones) and watch The National Dog Show Presented by Purina where the greatest dogs in the country compete for Best in Show! The event was filmed last Saturday at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, Oaks, Pa., and all of the dogs are exceptional! Plan to tune in and cheer for your favorite breeds!

The National Dog Show is a GREAT place to visit if you are interested in meeting and learning about breeds! The Expo Center at Oaks, Pa. was packed over the weekend as folks got up close and personal with the dogs, their owners and/or handlers. Cameras were everywhere and the dogs were happy to oblige photo requests whenever possible! This Bedlington Terrier is ready for a close up!

One of my most favorite dogs ever, “GCh Cragsmoor Good Time Charlie” (Charlie), with handler Larry Cornelius at the Montgomery County Kennel Club show last month.
