Congratulations to Larry Cornelius and Charlie (GCH CH Cragsmoor Good Time Charlie) on winning Best in Show at The National Dog Show Presented by Purina. One of my most favorite dogs ever! If you missed watching the show on NBC yesterday, it will re-air tonight (Friday, 11/27) from 8:00 – 10:00 PM.

When you watch The National Dog Show Presented by Purina today at noon on NBC (all time zones), you’ll see wonderful close-ups of each breed. This is how it’s done! Before each group is judged, a cameraman videos each dog in the lineup so that when you watch today, you’ll see your favorite breeds up close and personal!

It’s a Thanksgiving tradition! No, not turkey and football! The National Dog Show on NBC! Immediately following the Macy’s parade at noon, tune in to watch your favorite breeds compete for Best in Show. Hosts David Frei and John O’Hurley will provide expert commentary as the judges make their selections in the Working, Terrier, Toy, Herding, Sporting, Non-Sporting, and Hound Groups! I can’t wait to watch and cheer on my favorite dogs!

The CFA (Cat Fanciers’ Association) World Cat Show was held this past weekend at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, Oaks, Pa. It’s a huge event with two cat shows running simultaneously and a total of 16 rings. In addition, there is a “Meow Mall” for shopping, cat agility, lectures, demonstrations, and more! Here’s a beautiful Oriental taking center stage in judge Bob Zenda’s ring.
