Happy Memorial Day and thank you to my dad for his service to our country during World War II.
I have no idea why but he always called this holiday “McMorial Day” in jest! Was he possibly working at McDonald’s after retirement from the U.S. Postal Service and he didn’t tell me?

I believe this is Susquehanna Service Dog, “Midge”, with her trainer, Peter Smith, at graduation last Friday. What a sweet moment when she looked up at him and put her head in his hand. Life IS good!
