I’ll bet that you and your pet have THIS in common:  It’s the middle of the day and a friend asks you to go to lunch.  You eat more than your usual portion size  [yeah, that 12″ sub was probably not a good idea!]  and by mid-afternoon, you’re ready for a nap!   Isn’t that true?  And doesn’t your pet do exactly the same thing?  Well…maybe not the eating a 12″ sub part, but taking a nap after a meal for sure!  My cats are all full of energy when I come home from work.  I give them their dinner and for the rest of the night they are sprawled across the bed or the sofa sound asleep!  If only we could take a nap whenever we wanted…just like our pets do!  What a life!
