Industrial Quarter, Bethlehem, Pa.

Historic Moravian Bethlehem, Pa. is proud to have two national historic landmarks.  One is the 1762 Waterworks located in the Colonial Industrial Quarter. The Waterworks  is America’s first pumped municipal water system.  The Industrial Quarter is situated alongside the Monocacy Creek and was at one time home to a tannery, blacksmith, dye house, mill, and springhouse. Tours are offered by appointment but the grounds are open for visitors to view the historic architecture and imagine what life was like back when hard work was conducted in these buildings by the Moravians to support the growing community.

I love this trio!  It was early in the morning at the Westchester Kennel Club show and they were just climbing out of their vehicle and heading toward the show rings!  Groomed and ready to go…well, except for the one one the left.  Grooming still in progress!

Here’s a favorite from the Westchester Kennel Club show in New Jersey in September.  Some day I may actually catch up on all of the image processing that I need to do from the shows I attended last year!

One of my New Year’s resolutions is to drink more water.  So every time I forget and don’t drink enough, I will think of this cute little bulldog having a drink at the Westchester Kennel Club show last summer!

This sweet little Cavalier seems to be turning her nose up at the treat offered by her handler at the Lehigh Valley Kennel Club Show back in September.  Can I have a different flavor please?
