As we begin a new year, I always take time to reflect on the events of the past 12 months and think about goals going forward. One of my goals for 2017 is to explore new locations with my camera and to include more beach days, like this one from Cape May, NJ last month!

What a wonderful place to sit and reflect while listening to the waves kiss the shoreline! As I write this, it is 27 degrees and snowing outside my window. Oh how I wish I were back at the sea, watching the gulls, searching for shells, and enjoying the fresh salt air!

A Great Dane and a Golden Retriever …. all 8 paws in the air …. chasing a tennis ball on the beach! It was a doggie play date and they were having SO much fun. I think I was having just as much fun watching them romp across the sand and playing together!
