Month: May 2017

I was photographing Iris’ in my garden and didn’t notice this little guy who was intent on watching me work.  My, what big eyes you have!  I’m not a big fan of insects, but this one is kind of cute!  (Lensbaby Velvet 56)

Recently my Lensbaby Velvet 56 was focused on the soft curvy petals of a Gerbera Daisy.  I think I have given it too much water as the flowers are really droopy.  I need to let it dry out a bit before watering it again.  I will admit that I don’t have a very green thumb!

Say hello to Tuesday (left) and Tuna (right) – two of ECAD’s (Educated Canines Assisting with Disabilities) finest service dogs.  If there were 100 Golden Retriever’s standing in front of me, I could pick out Tuesday in a second because of his wonderful doggie smile!  He is such a happy dog and one who has totally stolen my heart over the last 3 years!

On this winter day at Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area, the puffy white clouds looked like cotton balls in the sky.  I think I stop to photograph these 3 trees at least once during my visits to Middle Creek every year.  They always catch my attention as I drive past them on the tour road.

What a perfect Saturday afternoon in the park!  Sunshine, warm weather, good friends, and beautiful scenery!
